Check in time is at 3 pm and check out time is at 11 am. Early check in/late check out queries can be requested through reception and are based on availability.

Even though we consider Cable Beach to be a very safe area we advise that you lock your door when you are out of the room and at night when you go to bed. The Pearle Owners, Management Company and Pearle Strata take no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged cash/property within the Resort.

In House Telephones, found in all Villas and Guest Rooms, connect guests directly to Reception during staff hours for assistance and requests.
Guest Rooms are serviced daily (with the exception of special packages that specify otherwise) and include a general tidy up and replenishment of amenities. All Pool Villa’s receive a complimentary mid-stay service based on a 7 night minimum stay. There is a guest laundry that is located opposite the reception entry. This is a complimentary facility for guests with laundry powder available to purchase at reception. All Villas have their own washing machine and dryer (they are in the outside area by the BBQ).
Bins are for both Guest Rooms and Pool Villas. Bins are located behind the timber slatted doors at the side of each Pool Villa driveway. Please ensure your bins are in the bin storage cupboard and clear for collection on Fridays by 0630 Friday morning.
To gain access through the main entrance gate, pedestrian gate and side access gate after 6pm and before 6am, you will require the gate codes which have been sent to you via SMS. Please keep all gates locked for the safety of our guests.
Each Pool Villa features it’s very own private 8m swimming pool. (Superior Pool Villas feature 10m Pools) In addition, we have a 20m infinity pool located in the center of the resort. WA Health and Safety Regulations require these pools to be used only during daylight hours and also require testing of the pools daily. This test is taken from the pool body between 8am to 12pm and only takes a few minutes. All tests are undertaken to ensure that your pool is maintained to the highest health and safety level. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty at The Pearle. Duty of care is the responsibility of each occupier of the Pool Villa and Guest Rooms.
Clean-up (what to do!) on departure:
On departure, we ask that your Villa be left in a clean and tidy state. Should additional cleaning be required, charges will be
incurred.
Excessive untidiness will have additional costs charged to you after departure
All used towels may be placed in the bathroom on the floor or hanging
Prior to leaving, please wash, dry and return to cupboards all kitchenware that was used. We will happily provide more dishwashing powder/ liquid if required - please ask the friendly staff in reception.
All rubbish is to be removed and placed in the appropriate bins located outside near the Villa main gate.

Our Pool Villa rooms are allocated 1 car park right outside the front of their room, solely for their use. Guest Room parking is located around the resort in our short term parking bays and are on a first come first serve basis. The Pearle Owners, Management Company and Pearle Strata take no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen vehicles.
Parking areas are not appropriate for boats, caravans and motorhomes - staff will be able to direct you to parking in our easement next to the Resort. Please make Reception staff aware, at time of booking, that you have a caravan, motorhome or boat as a part of your reservation.
Overlooking the resorts main infinity pool, The Pearle Cafe gives guests the perfect way to start the day by offering a continental breakfast buffet.
The buffet includes continental options, a self serve coffee and speciality teas for $20.00 Per Person

Barista Coffee and other drinks are also available at an additional cost.

Keys to your apartment are to be returned to Reception on departure. Should Reception be closed, an after-hours key return box is located outside of reception.
Lost or misplaced keys will incur a fee up to $675.00 replacement fee.
